Over at Naturalnews apparently the site owner, Adams, has begun his own research projects into "food science". Now I'm not judging the validity of his work one way or the other and have no financial connections, but would like to point out the negative comments. Theres some naysayers on there claiming that Adams is doing "clever promotion" and "into sales sciences".
Now I hardly ready NNs anymore and think the site went downhill after late 2011 went it turned into politics/religion/extremist conspiracies. Though they sometimes are a good news source on the alternative health world. But the people who have spent years reading and following NNs know that actually Adams is very much into honesty. He actually does care about nutrition and health unlike mainstream orthodox medicine. Promoting what? NNs is a non-mainstream website that doesn't bow to large commercial interests from the pharmaceutical-medical complex. Now the companies behind the products on NNs are probably not poor. But still you can't patent supplements and herb extracts. Of course, the skeptics have long derided NNs for going against orthodox medicine. They hate NNs for it. But NNs is much closer to the truth on health than anything in mainstream medicine. Speaking of websites making money on "fraud", look at the news on a certain gene testing site. The genetic dogma is once again proven false by the fact that gene variability for certain diseases is not predictive enough. Its not eve
